DRLC joins amicus brief to fight deportation of man with schizophrenia
DRLC joins the fight to prevent a man with schizophrenia from being deporting to Mexico where he is at grave risk of being subjected to horrific treatment based on his disability.
Partnering with other organizations, DRLC joined an amicus brief that seeks to stop the involuntary treatment of an individual with a disability in violation of the Convention Against Torture.
