Lucio Rodriguez serves as the Director of Advancement & Operations at DRLC, overseeing fundraising, communications, and strategic operations. He brings nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, with a focus on equity, impact storytelling, fundraising, and organizational development. Lucio holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California and is deeply committed to advancing justice through mission-driven work across California.
