Zachary Genduso is a staff attorney in the Civil Rights Litigation Program at the Disability Rights Legal Center. As part of the litigation team, he works on class action and impact litigation to obtain equal access to physical spaces in the community and equal participation in government programs for people with disabilities. Before joining DRLC, Zach was a fellow and staff attorney at the Wage Justice Center, a Los Angeles-based non-profit, where he worked on employment and corporate shell litigation to recover wages stolen from low-income workers and hold employers accountable for illegal business practices. He graduated from USC Gould School of Law in 2017.
