Justin Reissman is a Staff Attorney at the Disability Rights Legal Center in Los Angeles, California. Justin works on both investigation and current litigation matters and handles a wide range of issues within the disability civil rights space. Previously, Justin worked for the Disability Rights Legal Center’s Cancer Legal Resource Center as an Outreach Paralegal.
Prior to this position, Justin worked for Human Rights First on asylum cases. While at Human Rights First, Justin worked on a variety of cases, and won asylum for two direct representation clients. Justin spent both summers in law school as an intern at Human Rights First. During law school, he ran the Expungement Clinic, participated in the Innocence and Justice Clinic, and was active in a variety of pro bono projects, including the Know Your Rights project.
Justin earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, Riverside.
